Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: INR 22,00,000 (Twenty-Two Lakhs Per Annum), payable in accordance with the company’s standard payroll practices.
- Benefits: You will be eligible for Avaya’s standard employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plans.
- Performance Bonus: Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus, subject to company and individual performance.

Employment Terms
